Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top IT talent through effective sourcing strategies. Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture. Collect and analyze employee feedback to improve satisfaction and productivity.
- Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management systems, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with managers to set objectives, conduct reviews, and provide feedback.
- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR activities, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and IT industry standards.
- Learning and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. Organize workshops and seminars to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and resolve employee grievances effectively. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, with a preference for experience in IT or technology companies.
Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws applicable to the IT sector.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Proficiency in HR software and tools, including applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of IT workforce trends and requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are a plus.
